ICE CREAM – Training Course for Social Entrepreneurship

The ICE CREAM Training Course on Social Entrepreneurship took place in Abovyan, Armenia, from 18.07 to 30.07. As part of the Erasmus+ program, it brought together participants from Macedonia (through XANADU ART), Ukraine, Norway, Moldova, Romania, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Spain, Portugal, and France.

The course began with activities to connect and familiarize participants, followed by workshops on research, collaboration, and idea development. Participants presented their organizations, shared experiences, and participated in intercultural nights to celebrate traditions and cultures. Visits included the city of Yerevan and the TUMO Center for Creative Technologies, offering insights into local innovation and entrepreneurship.

Participants elaborated ideas for social entrepreneurship using the SMART model, working in teams to define goals, discover archetypes, and create visual presentations. The final day focused on marketing strategies and idea presentations, allowing each national group to showcase their projects and engage in discussion and feedback.

The ICE CREAM training course successfully enhanced participants’ skills and knowledge in social entrepreneurship, strengthened intercultural cooperation, and fostered new friendships and partnerships among young people from diverse countries.
